LAND & DEVELOPMENT
The land and development arm of Harvest Holdings targets land parcels in various stages of entitlement and completion. Our expertise and insight enables us to acquire thousands of acres of land throughout Florida. We have positioned ourselves as a market leader in purchasing land by systematically acquiring property within the high growth areas and employment regions throughout the state. Our experience in processing land entitlements through the maze of governmental agencies including the state, counties and cities gives us a strategic advantage over our competitors. DISTRESSED ASSETS
Harvest Holdings has sizeable equity resources to enable us to capitalize on the opportunities created by the currently challenging market conditions. Focusing primarily on residential properties, Harvest Holdings has developed a multi-faceted approach. First, through our residential division, we have successfully acquired bulk multifamily assets in the fractured condominium segment. Second, we have utilized financial industry contacts and experience to obtain distressed asset mortgage notes directly from the lender. Finally, Harvest Holdings created Harvest Home Fund which is a 100% equity capitalized entity existing solely to purchase individual foreclosed residential units and reposition them for sale or lease according to current market conditions.
