Founder John brings 16 years of exceptional experience in real estate acquisition, disposition, and entitlement. Through his understanding of land valuations in all property types as well as his expertise in financial analysis and construction design, John is integral to the success of Harvest.
During his tenure, John has been responsible for acquiring and developing over 30,000 acres of property in every region of Florida. His expertise in negotiating acquisitions, land banking, site planning, roadway engineering, product design, development, financial analysis, project leasing makes John an invaluable asset to Harvest Holdings.
John attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts where he studied Engineering.
Jonathan Ginsberg
Partner Jonathan brings 10 years of experience in the finance and real estate world. Jonathan is an integral member of the acquisitions team, currently responsible for analyzing, negotiating, and closing all of the Harvest Holding’s financing, structuring and equity needs.
Jonathan previously worked at the investment bank UBS and began his real estate investment career at ING Clarion Partners in New York, NY and spent over 3 years as a Director at The Falcone Group.
Jonathan received his Bachelor’s from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, and earned his Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
