JOHN EVASIUS
Founder

John has two decades of experience in real estate development. During his career, John has been responsible for acquiring and developing properties in the major markets throughout Florida.  His real world experience in acquisitions, entitlements, development, and dispositions make John an invaluable asset to Harvest Holdings.

John is married to Stacy and has two daughters, Madison and Megan.  He attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts where he studied Engineering.

JONATHAN GINSBERG
Founder

Jonathan brings 15 years of experience in the finance and real estate world. Jonathan is an integral member of the acquisitions team and is also responsible for analyzing, negotiating and closing all of the firm’s financing, structuring and equity needs.

Jonathan previously worked at the investment bank UBS and began his real estate investment career at ING Clarion Partners in New York, NY and spent over 3 years as a Director at The Falcone Group.

Jonathan is married to Barbara and has two sons, Benjamin and Jacob. Jonathan received his Bachelor’s from Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, and earned his Masters from New York University.
