This acquisition consists of 27 units (1 fully completed home, 9 partially constructed homes and 17 finished lots) located within a gated fully developed community. Hartwood Reserve was developed and built by a nationally recognized public traded homebuilder in 2005 and 2006. The original builder filed for bankruptcy protection in late 2007. Harvest Holdings was able to acquire the asset through a successful auction-bid process. The partially constructed homes are being finished through a joint venture relationship with an experienced local contractor, and are being marketed by a local realtor with extensive new-home sales experience. The fully developed lots are being made available on a periodic take-down basis to homebuilders with an existing area presence, with several national builders already participating.
